Snowmobiling is a family affair…and so is starting a business!

This past weekend I launched Snowmobaby at the Big East Powersports Show in Syracuse. When I say “I”, what I really mean to say is “I launched Snowmobaby with the support, help, expertise and input of my entire family”. Everyone - from my boys to my husband, my sister and brother-in-law, my parents and in-laws. Even my 8 month old niece and my 6 year old nephew got into the action. Without their willingness to jump in on what probably seems like (and at times feels like) a crazy endeavor to take on in the midst of staying home with and raising two small children, there is no way I could have brought this idea and brand to life over the last 9 months. To give you a little glimpse behind the scenes of what it takes to launch, take a look at @snowmobaby on Instragram.

My boys inspired the concept for Snowmobaby and they give me fuel to continue down this exciting – and daunting – path. My boys are also the reason I cannot wait for winter to arrive once again. This year Ryan will be able to take some short trail rides with us and Dylan will get his first taste of the sport. It’s family that drives me in my business. And it is family and our times together in the crisp winter air that make me long for those first flakes to start falling.

Happy Trails!
